GREAT JOB TONIGHT! I know it seems like a lot but hang in there, everyone is looking really good.
Since there is no class next week, try to practice your lines (angles 1-7) and try a little freestyle at home. Remember your freestyles can be the angles we learned, the partner drill exercises and even your triangle footwork.
Here is a great example of one of my Master Instructors (Tuhon Felix Cortes) and his freestyle (free flow).
